Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of property management including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Handle legal administrative tasks such as drafting leases, lease renewals, and eviction notices.
- Conduct property tours for potential residents and negotiate lease terms.
- Implement strategies to upsell additional services or amenities to current tenants.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management with knowledge of leasing, sales, and legal administrative processes.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Understanding of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms and agreements.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to tenants.
