```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the storage facility
- Manage and supervise storage facility staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized storage facility
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct regular inspections of storage units to ensure they are secure and in good condition
- Process rental agreements and handle lease renewals
- Assist customers with moving in and out of storage units
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking and managing facility maintenance
```Skills```
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of file management and record keeping
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to storage facilities
- Experience in facilities management, including maintenance and repairs
- Ability to negotiate and manage contracts with vendors
- Excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette
- Proficiency in upselling additional services to customers
- Experience using OneSite or similar property management software for data entry and reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
