```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of tenants
- Manage tenant relations, including addressing complaints, resolving conflicts, and enforcing lease agreements
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working with contractors and vendors as needed
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Handle all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing vacancies, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements
- Collect rent payments and manage delinquencies, taking appropriate action when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property management activities
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends and competition to inform pricing and marketing strategies
```Experience```
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Proficiency in property management software
- Strong administrative skills, including record-keeping and file management
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and other relevant laws governing property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant interactions and conflict resolution
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants to maximize revenue potential
