- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and management of the property
- Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs
- Assist in leasing activities, including showing units to prospective tenants and processing applications
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports related to property management
- Assist with rent collection and ensure timely payment from tenants
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with lease agreements and safety regulations
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Property management software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of leasing procedures and legal administrative processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license
