SalaryA locally based Property Management Company in need of an experienced, high energy, detailed and results oriented, Property Manager to join our successful Affordable Community in Canton, MS.
The Property Manager will be responsible for all phases of operations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate great leadership, interpersonal, management and communication skills. Must also have a minimum of 2 years property management experience on an affordable or tax credit property. Must have advanced computer skills. Knowledge of Onesite (Realpage) a plus.
We have an excellent benefits package: 95% employer paid medical insurance for the employee, housing and bonuses. Salary is based on experience.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
