Property Manager - Class A Office

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel functions, Yardi, MRI and/or Kardin preferred.
• Candidate must also possess a high level of critical thinking skills, including being able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, prorations/percentages, and be able to interpret general business periodicals, leases, professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations.
• RPA and/or CPM preferred.
• Experience working with large, institutional property owners required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,096.15 - $110,965.26 per year
