Property Manager / Area Manager

Beacon 360 Management is searching for an experienced Property Manager with advancement to an Area Manager for several properties within the Newark, Ohio area. If you are an experienced affordable housing manager looking for a unique and exciting opportunity, this is it!

We are looking for a dynamic, goal-driven team player with a proven track record of success to lead this community.

Responsibilities include:

• Hands-on leasing, using One Site Management software.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service for residents.
• Accountable for REACs, MORs, Recertifications, and other HUD-related assessments and compliance activities.
• Ensuring that deadlines and goals are met for the property.
• Providing leadership through any emergencies that may arise.

Applicants must be able to:

• Work independently and be flexible to the changing needs of a property, but also be able to work well with others and provide leadership for the property's team.
• Have excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of general supervisory experience in a affordable housing management capacity.
• HUD and/or other subsidized/affordable housing property management experience is required.
• A High School diploma or GED is required. A college degree is preferred, but not required,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
• Experience with One Site software is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
