SalaryBeacon 360 Management is in search of a savvy Property Manager for our subsidized, living complex located in Newark, Ohio. Beacon 360 Management is a not-for-profit company providing housing to disadvantaged persons.
Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on leasing, using One Site Management software.
- Maintaining a high level of consistent services for residents,
- Effectively enhancing curb appeal and all-around general condition.
- Accountable for REACs, MORs, and other HUD-related assessments and compliance activities.
Applicants must be able to:
- Work independently,
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Have a minimum of one (1) year of general supervisory experience in a property management capacity,
- HUD subsidized property management experience is preferred, but not required,
- Senior living management experience is preferred, but not required
- A college degree is preferred, but not required,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required,
- Experience with One Site software is preferred, but not required.
