SalarySeeking a part-time, highly skilled and self-motivated individual with a knack for DIY projects and expertise in landscaping for a private residence in Chagrin Falls. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to outdoor maintenance and household projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and has the capability of tackling a wide range of challenges.
Yard Responsibilities:
- Spring and fall clean-up
- Edging and fertilization
- Weeding, trimming hedges, and shrubs
- Planting summer flowers
- Weekly monitoring and maintenance (excluding mowing)
Household Responsibilities:
- Handling all minor fixes and repairs
- Conducting preventative household maintenance
Requirements:
- Ability to work approximately 8 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Experience with yard maintenance equipment
- Basic carpentry
- Reliable transportation
