PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CAREER OPPORTUNITY – We are a growing company seeking a full time, enthusiastic, experienced, Bi-Lingual individual to oversee the day-to-day operations for our family owned and operated Multi-Family Properties located in the South Dallas, TX area.
This position is ideal for the candidate looking for stable and long-term employment. Applicants with community management, sales and leasing experience are preferred. We offer an extensive training program to facilitate your success as a Community Manager.
Compensation: Will be based on the candidate’s experience level.

Responsibilities:The following is intended to cover the majority of the routine daily tasks to be performed – these items include, but are not limited to:
Management:
- Execute required delinquency protocol
- Execute required rule violation protocol
- Ensure that residents adhere to the community rules and regulations
- Responsible for oversight and management of the maintenance and remodeling staff
- Physically examine the property on a regular basis
- Receive and resolve resident complaints
- Fill vacancies and increase occupancy
- Handle all details of move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well-maintained community
Administrative:
- Collection of rent payments
- Bank deposits
- Record rent payments via property management software
- Adhere to all appropriate company policies, including but not limited to use of property management software system, petty cash reports, summary reports and special accounting items.
- Process invoices for payment
- Maintain proper safe storage of resident files and records
- Prepare general property correspondence
- Prepare and process leases and related forms
- Undertake background checks for new residents
- Purchase supplies for the community
Marketing/Sales:
- Follow all Company policies, procedures and marketing/sales training
- Complete required leasing documents
- Adhere to all state license laws, regulations, rules and guidelines
