About Us:
JMK Investments, Inc. is a property management company based in Santa Clara, CA, currently owning and/or operating over 2,000 apartment units throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento. Our goal is to have happy renters, successful properties, and a streamlined business model. To help us with this goal, we are looking for a team player who can help us meet or exceed occupancy goals through great customer service, marketing, and sales skills.
About the Job:
- Manages a team of 4+ employees and provides unit tours with prospective residents
- Answer phone calls and emails from current and prospective residents
- Update and maintain prospective resident contact database
- Billing
- Responsible for all Move in, Move out and Renewal procedures
- Manages team on verification, and screening of prospects
- Regularly complete market surveys
- Manages marketing of available units
- General administrative support
- Special projects as assigned
About You:
- High school degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Real Page and One-Site experience required.
- Self-starter who is determined to get the job done and takes pride in their work
- Excellent customer service, positive leadership and maintains a professional appearance
- Detail oriented with great organizational skills
- Must work weekends
