Property Management Field Agent

We're seeking a highly qualified individual for our Full-Time Field Agent position. As a mobile role, you'll spend 70-80% of your day traveling to properties across greater Los Angeles. Your duties will include conducting routine property inspections, meeting with tenants, inspectors and/or clients, delivering notices, managing keys, and overseeing move-out inspections and unit turnover.

Responsibilities:

· Drive throughout Los Angeles to various appointments.

· Conduct thorough property inspections and create punch lists based on observations.

· Maintain accurate inventory of keys and lockboxes.

· Communicate effectively with other departments regarding immediate needs.

· Uphold high levels of integrity, authenticity, and honesty while efficiently managing all tasks.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

· Valid California Driver’s License, and proof of insurance.

· Reliable transportation.

· Ability to drive long distances and spend a significant portion of the workday in a vehicle.

· Highly adaptable mindset.

· Basic technical proficiency with phone/tablet apps and/or digital cameras.

· Knowledge of navigating Microsoft Software or Google Applications (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.)

· Exceptional attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.

· Outstanding time-management and communication skills.

Additional Qualifications (Optional but Preferred):

· 2+ years of Property Management experience.

· Understanding of property maintenance needs.

· Availability to work weekends as required.

· Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your schedule is usually set the day before; your day starts in the office to collect necessary items (notices, lockboxes, keys, etc.) or work on report completions, emails and other sit-down tasks. Occasional early starts may be required, but your schedule will be arranged in advance, excluding emergencies.

Compensation:

· Starting pay between $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus mileage at the yearly IRS determined rate.

· After 1 year: 1 week (40 hours) of paid vacation.

· After 3 years: 2 weeks (80 hours) of paid vacation.

· Major Holidays are paid according to the Company’s benefit Schedule.
