Property Management Assistant

We are seeking a Property Management Assistant to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions. 

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Enforce property rules and regulations
• Periodically visiting local properties
• Assist with lease renewals, tenant rents, inspections
• NNN invoicing & reconciliation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Property Management or other related fields
• Familiarity with tenant leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• AP/AR a plus
