Job Description
Purpose of the Position: Facilitates and maintains all corporate insurance policies and administers cargo, liability and worker’s compensation claims.
Primary Job Duties: Responsible for facilitating all corporate insurance policies including annual renewals, certificate of insurance requests, policy changes as needed and customer contract compliance. Processes all claims initially and files them with the appropriate insurance provider if applicable. Serves as the liaison between the employees, the field operations and the insurance company and is ultimately responsible for closure on an event. Financially responsible for each event and must coordinate billing internally or with the insurance carrier. Maintains compliance and communicates financial impact by reporting on a regular basis.
Secondary Job Duties: Completes special projects at the request of management.

Personal Skills Required: Intermediate Excel knowledge, highly developed organizational skills, financial ownership, well developed written and verbal communication skills.
Computer Skills Preferred: Microsoft Office, COPS
