- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong client base
- Provide thorough insurance needs analysis and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Close sales and meet or exceed individual sales targets
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of Allstate insurance sales experience
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements
- Current Georgia Property & Casualty license
Qualifications:
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- In-depth knowledge of complex insurance concepts
