We are seeking a dedicated Property Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vessel contacts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating smooth operations during vessel stays on our property.
Key Responsibilities:
**Provide outstanding customer service to yacht owners, captains, and engineers.
**Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to facilitate smooth onboarding transitions.
**Proactively engage with customers prior to vessel arrivals to confirm arrangements.
**Greet vessels upon arrival, provide information packets, and ensure proper logistics.
**Conduct regular check-ins with vessel contacts and contractors to assess progress.
**Establish ongoing relationships with clients and gather feedback for improvement.
**Maintain accurate records and updates in our systems.
**Offer additional services and promote relevant programs to customers.
**Regularly touch base with vessel contacts and contractors to monitor progress.
**Confirm departure dates and update relevant teams accordingly.
**Cultivate relationships with vessel contacts to gather feedback and promote our network.
**Maintain system updates and handle billing processes.
Requirements:
**High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
**Prior marina and customer service experience required.
**Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 10 pounds.
