Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress and deliverables are on track
- Collect and analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Implement quality management processes to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying solutions and mitigating potential roadblocks
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Utilize conflict management skills to resolve any conflicts or disagreements that may arise during the project
- Apply Six Sigma principles and methodologies to drive process improvements and optimize project outcomes
- Ensure adherence to project management methodology and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management)
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in using project management tools and software (e.g., SAS, content management systems)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire team members
- Knowledge of program development principles and practices
