Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of all activities within their assigned projects, from inception to completion. This includes regular engagement with clients, scheduling and executing stakeholder interviews, synthesizing qualitative data into comprehensive reports for planning or organizational assessments, and otherwise supporting the overall success of the project. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail when managing complex projects in a fast-moving workplace. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, including client relationship management. This role involves significant data analysis and writing, all under the guidance and oversight of the Project Lead.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
Work with project team in design of projects
Develop and maintain project timelines
Manage day to day aspects of project operation and scope
Effectively apply Clarus methodology and project standards
Assist in monitoring of project budgets
Coordinate project close-out duties
Perform other project duties as required
Data Analysis and Reporting
Perform qualitative data collection and analyses
Develop presentations and draft project reports and recommendations
Maintain project log and provide regular project updates
Client Management
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel
Manage day-to-day client interaction regarding project processes and schedule
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and adjust as needed to meet expectations
Team Support
Keep project team well informed of project status
Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
Effectively communicate both in writing and verbally
Attend general operational meetings as requested
Performs other general duties as requested
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success managing complex projects, maintaining client relationships, analyzing data, and creating written reports
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Strong critical thinking skills; ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in client relations and service delivery
Ability to collect and analyze qualitative data, synthesize into a written report highlighting key themes, and present information to multiple audiences
Ability to design and co-facilitate client meetings
Ability to develop productive working relationships with staff and clients
Effective communication, adapting tone to suit diverse contexts and settings
Proficient in Windows operating system(s), Microsoft Office Suite applications, Google docs/spreadsheets, project management systems, virtual meeting platforms, and basic use of Qualtrics (or demonstrated ability to learn new project management and data systems)
