Our Client Based in the heart of Midtown, our client specializes in liquidity and cash management solutions for the Financial services industry. They serve banks, credit unions, trust companies, wealth managers, and broker-dealers, offering cutting-edge, tech-enabled services to fulfill unique cash sweep, deposit funding, and securities-based lending needs. Due to extensive growth, they are seeking an exceptional individual to join their Project Management team.
In this junior-level role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of implementations, product development, and process improvement projects, including work breakdown structure and maintaining effort-driven plans detailing activities from project initiation through project close. You will also maintain an issues list and monitor key performance indicators measuring scope, schedule, and budget.

Your Key Responsibilities:
" Lead the planning, development, and implementation for on-boarding new clients as well as existing clients' unique projects.
" Develop and communicate realistic timelines and ensure timely execution.
" Diligently collect and manage business requirements to ensure seamless development processes.
" Oversee comprehensive test plans for project implementations.
" Lead conference calls and provide detailed tracking of status, risks, and deliverables.
" Present insightful weekly status reports tailored for an executive audience.
What They Need From You:
" Bachelor's degree required
" 1-3 years of project management experience within the banking / Financial services industry.
" Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
" Proficiency in MS Office and Excel functionality. Visio and MS Project preferred.
" Experience in both SDLC and Agile environments.
" PMP certification is a plus.
" Proficiency with MS Office PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
" Advanced Excel (conditional formulas and formatting, look ups, pivot tables, graphs, and data types
" Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
