We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manger to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing plans to address critical issues within our company, with a focus on assisting the Operations Director through redefining report delivery while setting expectations for our dealers and internal stakeholders from pre-sale through service delivery. The unique role holds two main functions. The first is acting as the internal Project Manager as we scale our service offerings while also being the Project Manager for onboarding non-standard customers.
Responsibilities:
- Internal:
- Work with the Operations Director to scale the delivery of our service offerings
- Redefine reporting deliverables around our key add-ons products
- Implement processes to define success and set expectations for dealers when purchasing products.
- Optimize the content page creation and audit process
- Provide advisement on product/service offering changes based on data-supported insights.
- Assist with other internal operation projects as necessary
- Customer Facing:
- Work cross functionally (sales, CS, Onboarding, Dev.), to prepare Scopes of Work, pre-sale, during the sale of new or custom SaaS services.
- Act as the Project Manager for the onboarding or upgrade process for customers purchasing distinctive SaaS services. Examples include: custom sites; dealer/buyer email advertisers; affiliate partners; and Comvoy advertisers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
- Proven experience in project management, business operations, or a similar role.
- Being a self-starter is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
