Avanti Restaurant Solutions, a successful, privately held, $60M company, is in a high growth phase. The company is looking for a Project Manager Apprentice in Southern California.

• Able to problem solve both independently and collaboratively
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to travel up to 50% depending on project needs
• General construction skills/background/understanding preferred

Skills to be Learned:

• How to maintain a construction schedule to deliver projects on time
• How to maintain a budget and project expenses
• How to interpret construction methods, contracts, and drawings
• How to manage kitchen equipment and custom fabrication procurement, delivery, and install
• Best practices on collaborating with sub-contractors, GC, and customers throughout a project

This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position.
Salary: $45K-$55K DOE

Location: Costa Mesa, California and job sites in surrounding areas and possibly out of state
