Minimum Background Requirements:
- 10 years combined experience in design and field work with Fire Sprinklers, Fire Alarms, and Suppression Systems.
- Familiar with BlueBeam, Revit, NavisWorks, BIM, PROCORE or other PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE,
- Must be self-motivated and work well with others
- Detail oriented and organized with great computer and communication skills
- Experience in contract negotiation
