Pay Range: $64,915 - $103,415
Note: Individuals typically begin between the minimum to middle of the pay range
Responsible for complex project management related to the development and implementation of multiple Medicare-related programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of experience leading or managing projects.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and interpretive skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project status reporting, documenting business requirements and project issues.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage projects that involve research, analysis, planning, development, and implementation activities. Monitors the progress and timeline; communicating with project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties. Will also focus on process improvement activities. Facilitate/participate in cross-functional workgroups. Ensure alignment with other teams across the organization.
- Prioritize, track, and manage project deliverables. Ensures project documentation and reporting are complete/updated. Analyze project performance and identify opportunities to improve the assigned project(s). Initiate quality improvement activities and measures, communicating these measures throughout the organization and various external partners.
- Create and foster working relationships with internal and external parties that facilitate project success. Work regularly with stakeholders to identify risks/issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Regularly reviews and monitors project/program requirements. Identifying gaps, areas of improvement, and steps for correction. Delivers training and presentations as needed.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations, as appropriate, for the Executive Steering Committee, leadership staff, and other internal or external audiences.
- Perform all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
