Senior Project Manager

Our Honolulu office is growing and we're looking for a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of eight years of professional experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining a project, developing a set of tasks to accomplish the project, coordinate and monitor the work involved in the tasks, and deliver a final product on time and within budget.

• BS or Masters degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related science from accredited college or university preferred
• 8 to 12 years of professional experience
• Repeated success in building client base and relationship
• Assumed an active or leadership role in client, civic or professional groups
• Supervise and manage a small to largesized fire protection design or construction project with supervision
• Maintain favorable business relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Make routine project decisions regarding design and contracts
• Involvement in client, civic or professional groups
• Understand budget, schedule, and quality aspects as related to construction projects
• Marketing support skills including proposal preparation and presentations
• Good verbal, written and organizational skills
• Possess computer skills necessary for daily activities including email, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and, if applicable, a working knowledge of computeraided drafting
• Must currently have or the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (required)
• Fluent in conversational Japanese and English (required)

Expected annual salary of $105,000 - $130,000.
