Project Manager Internal 4

Overview:
*** Healthineers Marketing, Sales and Communications (MSC) is searching for a Senior Project Manager to drive the transition of the Federal Government for the Customer Services business from the legacy configuration, pricing, and quotation system (Siebel) to the current system (Tacton CPQ).
Hybrid role must be local to Malvern, PA area.
Responsibilities:
" Manage a comprehensive project plan that requires coordination with team members across multiple departments in North America, Global HQ teams, business stakeholders, and IT partners
" Coordinate working sessions with project team members on various topics that may require process mapping, gap analysis, and team solutioning
" Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and IT/vendor partners to ensure business objectives, requirements, and priorities are effectively communicated and accurately understood
" Create project status content and present to various audiences ranging from project team members to North American and Global executive leadership
" Re-plan as needed, using a hybrid approach of agile and waterfall methodologies
Knowledge/Experience:
" Minimum of 10 years of project management experience
" Working knowledge of technical enterprise systems
" Experience managing both technical and non-technical projects
" Experience in working with business stakeholders and various levels of employees
" Demonstrated leadership experience/capabilities
" Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
" Excellent written and oral communication skills
" Proficient in MS Project
Education
" BS/BA achieved from an accredited university/college
" PMP Certification, preferred
