Project Manager – HR and Benefits Communications
We are looking for a smart, highly organized, senior Project Manager with graphic design and Print production experience to join our team to project manage employee benefits communication products and campaigns primarily involving the design/production of custom print and promotional products including employee benefits guides, postcards, posters, flyers, etc. Agency/studio-related design project management experience is required as well as the ability to juggle multiple projects, while a familiarity with the employee benefits space is a plus.
Scripting, benefits knowledge and related project management experience is required as well as the ability to juggle multiple projects.
This is a client-facing position that requires both general knowledge of employee benefits and general knowledge of the creative process involved in the development of new benefits guides and the updating of old guides.
The Senior Project Manager will serve as the liaison between our clients and the creative teams designing and creating the guides, so while graphic design skills are helpful, they’re not required for this position, as it’s not a designer job. However, experience with employee benefits-related content is a must, as is the ability to proofread and juggle multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, collaborative person with exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills who can motivate and lead others in a virtual, entrepreneurial environment while being a good team player.
The day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager vary greatly, but the primary function in this position is managing custom design/print product orders from order placement through design and revisions to final delivery, working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and a variety of clients.

- Enter 100% accurate information on job tickets and purchase orders
