- Initiate accurate production tickets and mail order forms.
- Provide accurate details to obtain order estimates for customers.
- Provide assistance and education to customers about the printing and mailing process and lifecycle.
- Follow through on customer projects to completion.
- Build relationships with our customers, sales reps, and member of production teams.
- Assist walk-in or call-in customers, and handle inside sales functions.
- Back-up assistance for co-workers as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Data entry of production tickets and mail order forms.
- Answer emails and phone call inquiries in a timely manner.
- Research and provide solutions to challenges from production and/or customers.
- Communicate any changes in estimates, additional costs, or production schedules to sales rep and/or customers.
- Research and provide resolutions to customer concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in needs.
- Working knowledge of PC computer programs (Email, Microsoft Office programs, and Google docs.)
- Candidate with knowledge of print or graphic design, as well as customer service experience strongly preferred; will train the right individual.
- Knowledge of Monarch Print/iQuote software is a plus!
