What's a good fit?
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience supporting multi-faceted communications and marketing campaigns
- Industry experience working with a PR agency, communications-focused federal contractor and preferably with VA or with Veterans topics
- Experience in developing and executing integrated communications plans through digital and traditional media and a variety of collateral materials with the ability to grasp tone and voice of audience
- Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Open to domestic travel on behalf of the client
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Project management to include familiarity of federal contracts, deliverable schedules, budgets and building strong client and team relationships
- Hands on employee management and staff development
- Experience in creating and implementing integrated communications campaigns for the veteran community
