Description: Project Manager for the Operations Office, reports directly to the Ops Director and works along with the Assistant to the Operations and Project Coordinator to improve efficiency and maximize outcomes through meeting specific KPIs and deadlines of the different internal and external Operations’ projects.

Requirements:
2+ years direct management experience of 2-5 direct reports and 25+ indirect
2+ years managing projects associated with large customer fulfillment and logistics
A Bachelor's degree with a in business, management and/or related field
Agile, Lean or Six Sigma, Scrum Master etc. certifications are a plus
Ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently.
Administrative/Managerial Skills: Proactive, planning and organizing, critical thinking, strong leadership skills, results oriented, performance management, teamwork oriented and skilled negotiator

Responsibilities:
Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as required.
Conducts routine departmental analysis on functions, processes, asset utilization (equipment, resources, and labor) and communicates results of departmental analysis to Operations Director
Coordinates efforts with other departments.
Ensure operational processes adhere to legal and company standards
Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project progress
Identifies departmental financial resources necessary to support operating plan and provide cost justification for departmental spending; participates with Operations Director in the development of department operating budgets
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement operational efficiencies
KPI reporting and coaching around data
Manage the end-to-end project life cycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff
Manages performance of Assistant to the Operations Manager and/or other colleagues and recognize, train, coach, counsel, and take corrective action when warranted
Oversee the local and Philippine team and ensure optimum performance and engagement
Performs other duties as assigned
Provide input and feedback on all operations processes and results to Operations Director
Provides departmental input to Operations Director for development of operating plans for warehouse and transportation operations in support of organizational goals including facility, equipment and staff
Provides process improvement recommendations to Operations Director and implements process improvement action plans within the department
Provides strategic and innovative leadership regarding employee engagement, process improvement and KPI tracking
Responsible for providing input to Operations Director for departmental strategic and operations planning, financial management, operational reporting and communication, fleet management, departmental process improvement, compliance, and inventory management
Work closely with the Operations Director and CEO and the development team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
