Title –Director of Facilities

Summary:-

The Director of Facilities is a key position responsible for overseeing the strategic management of our facilities across the United States, Canada and Mexico. As a vital member of our team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's facilities strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Director of Facilities will be responsible for all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, construction, grounds keeping, sustainability and compliance. You will lead negotiations for facility-related contracts, cultivate strong relationships with vendors, collaborate with local teams to guarantee that our facilities meet regional standards, and that our real estate footprint is optimally utilized. With a strong focus on financial management, this role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, exemplary leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of our global operations.

Responsibilities:-

· Develop and execute a comprehensive facilities strategy aligned with the company's business objectives in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

· Manage and lead a team of facilities professionals, including maintenance technicians, and facilities specialists.

· Manage all aspects of capital projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

· Oversee the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

· Develop and implement a sustainability program to reduce energy consumption, waste generation, and environmental impact.

· Oversee the daily management of all facilities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

· Lead negotiations for facility-related contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of the facilities.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws.

· Develop and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting, cost analysis, and variance reporting, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.

· Provide regular financial reports and forecasts related to facilities operations.

Pay Disclosure:

The pay range for this position starts at $85k/Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
