We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Managerwith a focus on midstream and upstream operations in the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate will possess current and direct experience in managing construction projects within this sector.
Requirement
- Prepare comprehensive bids by producing accurate budget estimates during the planning and preconstruction stages. This includes estimating labor, materials, profit, overhead, and taxes based on bid walks and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documentation required for project estimates. Participate in pre-bid and post-bid meetings to ensure thorough understanding and alignment with project requirements.
- Manage resources effectively by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower and resource requirements. Prepare project billing revenue forecasts, schedule of values, and regularly review job costs versus budgets.
- Coordinates projects in accordance with contract documents and scope. Resolves any issues and discrepancies in an expedited manner. Ensures construction occurs according to schedule and within budget.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with supervisors to review all plans and specifications for each project before commencing the job.
- Review and approve change orders and estimates for accuracy. Oversee the approval of submittals to maintain project integrity.
- Ensure projects are completed to meet clients’ expectations and requirements. Attend pre-construction meetings, site visits, and client meetings as necessary.
- Supervise and mentor estimators and assistant Project Managers to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in a related field or Project Manager Certification; advanced degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of related experience in Construction Project Management, with a focus on midstream and upstream operations in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to act as a change agent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- Proven track record for achieving results in project management.
- Proficient in formal project management methodologies.
- Budget management experience.
- Task-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
