Brief Job Overview
The Project Manager is an individual contributor position that supports key projects across Global External Affairs (GEA). Responsibilities include building and managing project work plan, dashboard, timeline, approval process, schedules, vendor contracts, budget, and resources for GEA projects. The Project Manager is responsible for driving each project, ensuring deadlines are met, appropriate people are engaged, and needed reviews are completed all within budget. They will work with division leadership and USP finance to maintain division and department budget.

Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimization of resources and talent to achieve outcomes.
Identifies and leverages the right tools and processes for each project.
Identifies, manages, and resolves challenges, escalating as needed.
Drives project timeline, ensuring deadlines are communicated and met.
Captures, shares, and tracks decisions and outcomes, updating team as needed.
Who USP is Looking For?
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:
Bachelors degree. Five years of experience in a project management role will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management.
High level of proficiency with office technologies, including Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets.
Able to effectively prioritize and efficiently manage several projects simultaneously.
Additional Desired Preferences
Experience with Salesforce.
PMP certification.
Experience managing executives schedules, deliverables.
