Responsibilities:
- Ensure project completion within established goals for quality, safety, timeliness, budget, and profitability.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and management regarding project progress.
- Monitor project progress to ensure tasks are completed correctly and in line with legal obligations and the schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, including site superintendents, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Review and approve all job costs for payment.
- Coordinate with clients regarding invoice status to ensure timely payments to the project team.
- Adhere to company Quality and Environmental Health & Safety Programs.
Skills:
- Training: USACE CQC and 30 hour OSHA, preferred.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in construction project management and estimating for multi-trade projects.
- Previous experience working on federal government projects is mandatory.
- Limited travel requirement (5-10% of a calendar year or less).
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Outlook.
- Preferred certifications include USACE CQC and 30-hour OSHA training.
