Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Support Project Managers/Engineers/Technicians with their daily work in the areas of:
- Validation and Verification Project Planning, Tracking, and in some cases execution related topics
- Support in Process Improvement and Documentation
- Support or help organize lab related topics
- Support in Sample Coordination
- Database management and support
- Requirements Management and Test Case Creation/Support
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Passion for engineering
- History/Training or Education for Project Management and Related Activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Tool Suite
Additional Information
- Advanced Experience with MS Project, Excel, and PowerBI
- Experience regarding Release Schedules, Testing, & Test Cases
- Experience supporting rapid Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Troubleshooting of Issues
- Experience working with Global Development Teams to Resolve Hardware, Software, or Mechanical issues & Ensure Specification Requirements
- Experience with Standard Defect Management & Test Management Systems
- Aptitude to follow previously established guidelines to provide high quality results
- Highly motivated and accountable for assigned tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills & able to have critical communication with OE customer
- Problem solving attitude
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work in a global organization
