**Construction Project Manager (Contract Position) - Atlanta, Georgia**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Junior Construction Project Manager to join our team, for the interior build-out of restaurant and retail projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Project Planning and Coordination:**
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to finalize plans.
- Develop detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring all phases are on track.
- Acquire necessary permits and licenses for the project.
2. **Budget and Cost Management:**
- Prepare budget estimates, track project expenses, and ensure the project stays within the financial parameters.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
3. **Team Management:**
- Supervise on-site construction team, ensuring work is performed in accordance with plans.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they have the resources needed to complete the project on time.
4. **Risk Management:**
- Identify potential construction risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.
5. **Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed about project progress, potential changes, or issues.
6. **Quality Control:**
- Ensure that the project adheres to the highest quality standards.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Must hold a current qualifying agent license from the state of Georgia.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction Project Manager, specifically with commercial or restaurant build-outs.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
**Contract Duration:**
6 months
