They have experience in all market sectors of the construction industry, including but not limited to corporate interior, educational, healthcare, hospitality, institutional, new construction, and retail. They offer pre-construction, construction management, general contracting, and design-build services for clients in virtually every market sector.

About the opportunity

I am looking for a Project Manager for my client to work on interior construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project, from start to finish.

This role will involve:

• Perform pre-construction planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Prepare monthly reports including cost, schedule, safety, cash flow, etc. for internal and/or external use.
• Perform constructability and coordination reviews.
• Provide job site leadership in the area of safety and quality.
• Prepare contingency plans for potential risks, expanding contractual services and project profit.

This opportunity is working within the Construction Management division, and you will be managing multiple union, interior projects within the World Trade Centre. The projects you will be working on will range in value from $100,000 - $7M.

Benefits & Rewards

My client is looking to pay a generous salary ranging between $125,000 - $175,000 + a full benefits package on top. They will look to progress and develop people who offer a strong working performance.

Requirements

I am looking for someone who has experience working on construction interior projects whilst working for a Construction Management firm on projects across NYC. On top of this, it is essential you have experience of using pro-core and hold down strong stability on your resume.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
