We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager, Client Success to assist with the implementation, execution and management Client Success goal for clients across Acronym.
This is the Job:
- Assisting in the facilitation and organization of all Client Management for clients
- Managing the upkeep of budgets, invoicing and communication of financials to internal partners as required
- Consistently managing client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets and scope
- Maintaining ongoing tracking of media spend across all channels and esuring all campaigns spend to goal and do not exceed approved budgets; communicate monthly budget goals internally to stakeholders
- Maintaining all tasks and deliverables in collaborative platforms (Teamwork, etc.), ensuring team is hitting all client deadlines, and proactively anticipating future client needs
- Prior to client calls, sending pre-reads of performance, capturing action items and following up with appropriate deliverables
- Managing tasks for the internal team as needed, assisting with gathering specs for upcoming campaigns and promotions
- Setting up deck templates for weekly and monthly performance reports, tactical planning, and other reporting needs
This is you:
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years Project Management experience in a Digital Agency or inhouse
- Strong quantitative, critical thinking and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Independent and self-directed, when needed, able to complete tasks with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a team environment, one team mentality
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Copywriting experience
The annual base salary range is $85,000 - $110,000. Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications, experience, and work location.
