The Project Manager - Implementations will be dedicated to supporting progression of custom or beta implementations and 2nd phase projects. The Project Manager will work closely with team members to identify and define project requirements, document and track project updates, and manage communication between internal and external teams to ensure projects are moving toward completion within the determined timelines. This position will also work to establish and define formal processes for effectively tracking and driving projects. This position will measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques and will manage prioritization and escalation of all projects, as needed. This position will also oversee all moving parts of assigned projects to ensure they stay on schedule. The Project Manager will provide high-level administrative support such as scheduling conference calls, meetings and conducting research.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years’ experience in a related position. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

- Software development project management experience is a plus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR DUTIES
- Create and maintain comprehensive project management plans and reports with goals and objectives (project board/scorecard).
- Create project schedules and provide administrative support, as needed.
- Liaise with management to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives and work with Technical Project Manager to eliminate obstacles.
- Assists in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, project phases and processes.
- Ability to translate meeting conversations into documented project requirements.
- Document, recap, and follow up on all actions and decisions from meetings pertaining to projects.
- Coordinate clear and precise written communication with partners and customers in a timely manner.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Provide a timely response to all requests and inquiries and give appropriate updates and suggestions for improvements.
- Prioritization of all projects to ensure timelines are met and escalated, as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
