Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating smooth project operations by managing material procurement, coordinating with carpenters and trade partners, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication. If you have a passion for customer service, strong organizational skills, and a desire to grow within a dynamic team environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate material procurement and staging based on project schedules.
-Communicate effectively with carpenters and trade partners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
-Follow up with homeowners and trade partners to confirm appointments and satisfaction.
-Assist with administrative duties and provide support to the Project Manager as needed.
-Collect and organize daily field reports, including before and after pictures, for project documentation.
Requirements:
-Prior customer service or dispatch experience preferred.
-Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-Proficiency with computers and multi-line phones is a plus!
