We are looking for a Project Management Director to join our Client Leadership team. As a seasoned project manager, you will have the ability to perform well under pressure, manage multiple projects and multiple team members simultaneously, adhere to agency or department initiative deadlines and still bring energy and creativity to work each day. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned. Project PlanningManaging multiple high-complex projects or client accounts.Provide technical planning or integration points for large websites or apps.Complete understanding of our digital framework, understand all stages of website development, the development steps and information developers need to implement tasks, including SEO, Google Analytics. Also be able to scope projects within the digital framework and manage them with clients and internal teams.Able to scope and develop all types of digital projects according to best practices, including paid social, paid search, emails, banner ads, landing pages, banner ads, programmatic display, OTT, CTV, native ads, out of home, and digital audio.Understand the creative and production process for a video or broadcast video shoot, from creative concepting, storyboards through video pre- and post-production process.Collaborating with Account, Creative, Technical, Strategy, Digital and Production teams to define deliverables and develop a project plan to then lead the execution on those deliverables with schedules, team assignments and workflow across multiple departments. Then communicate project plan and expectations to internal team.Understanding when a specific internal or client change will affect other work and/or departments, then proactively manage that change to not disrupt the workflow, schedule, or budget.Manage client’s expectations around project scope and timing Project ExecutionExecution of the media and production process for digital ads, audio, video, broadcast, out of home, and print ad executions, including various ad sizes and versions, Google URL tracking, and server requirements for media plan executions.Making daily decisions about how project tasks are executed: assignments, sequence, deadlines, dependencies, solving problems, resolving conflicts, and eliminating confusion.Allocate project hours to resources to balance workloads during resource management discussions.Lead in team contingency planning and recommend solutions. Educational Requirements & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required10+ years’ experience in a Project Management role in a marketing or digital agency environment.Previous experience of successfully planning and managing highly complex projects, website or app implementations from start to finish.Must have first-hand experience with scoping then manage execution of all stages of the digital media, social media, video production, print production and interactive development lifecycle, from requirements for creative execution to release.Knowledge of Project Management software tools and management techniques.Hands-on experience with the day-to-day management of multiple accounts and projects.Salary Range: $86,500 - $138,000 annually*Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training and experience.
