Position Description:
As a Project Engineer (Municipal) in our Warrington or Malvern, PA office, you will be a key contributor to our municipal engineering projects, serving as the liaison between our clients and local municipalities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E.) or equivalent.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Municipal Engineering, Municipal Client Representation, Subdivision and Land Development Plan and Stormwater/Drainage Plan Review, MS4 Compliance, and Public Works Design.
- Some experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania is required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Municipal Client Representation: Act as the Township or Borough engineer, representing municipal clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.
- Project Management: Oversee the review of development plans for compliance with local ordinances, covering subdivision and land development, zoning, grading, stormwater management, escrow accounts, and construction administration.
- Project Engineering Design: Lead the design of stormwater and detention basins, as well as infrastructure rehabilitation projects. Manage various state and local permitting requirements.
- Technical Writing: Prepare technical reports, including technical memos, feasibility studies, and engineering assessment and design reports.
- Construction Support Services: Provide contract administration, project coordination, permitting, and budget management for construction projects.
- Municipal Account Management: Utilize your prior experience to effectively manage municipal accounts, either in a primary or backup role.
- Business Development: Actively engage in business development efforts to facilitate growth in the area of municipal and utility engineering.
