Project Engineer/Manager needed to oversee an 8-10 month Commercial Construction/tenant improvement project for their client site in Madison, WI.
This is an approximate 1-2MM project. Should have approximately 2-3 years in Commercial Construction/tenant improvements.
Should have experience in:
-Project management background in Commercial Construction
-Bidding out projects -Scheduling
Will consider local candidate to Madison, WI area or out of area/out of state candidate with paid hotel, daily per diem, etc with paid travel home every three weeks.
Current project will run 8-10 months with opportunity for ongoing project in other areas if candidate is available to do so. Excellent opportunity with full benefits!
