Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Engineer to join our team at GD Process Design, LLC in Hartland, WI. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design and delivery of our projects. You must be organized, have a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include analysis of process requirements, developing process design criteria, coordinating internal resources, and driving continuous improvement. You will be joining an established and successful team and have the opportunity to make an impact in the organization. This is a great opportunity to join a driven team and expand upon your current skillsets. Salary Level is negotiable depending upon experience. Base pay is ~$60,000/yr depending upon qualifications.

• Monitor, coordinate, and supervise activities related to project fulfillment, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
• Develop technical project plans including timelines, risk assessments, resource allocation, and quality assurance measures.
• Work closely with a cross-functional team to plan, design, develop, and evaluate engineering projects.
• Analyze customer needs and design specifications, consult with stakeholders, and develop solutions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and safety protocols.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
• Project management experience is preferred
• Proven track record of successful project deliveries
• Electrical/Controls Knowledge is preferred
• US Work Authorization
• Reliable Transportation
