```Duties```
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing documents
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives or managers
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents
```Skills```
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar productivity tools for email, document creation, and collaboration
- Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle multiple phone lines with professionalism and courtesy
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and document management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and vendors
