Atlas Technical Consultant's Air Quality Group is currently seeking a LDAR Project Coordinatorto service a facility in the Central Region located in Port Arthur, TX.
The LDAR Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager with all project personnel, equipment, safety, and quality assurances. The LDAR Project Coordinator will assist the PM to keep the project moving forward in order to meet project scope, schedule, and budget. This will require a travel expectancy of 50%.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Understand the proposal basis, scope, and deliverables for each project.
- When needed - assist managing project personnel by organizing safety and skills training, performing re-qualification testing as needed, reviewing timesheets and evaluating employee performance to provide feedback.
- Audit employee equipment to ensure it is working properly.
- Delegate assignments as needed.
- Back-fill Project Coordinator roles at local facilities during turnover or vacation relief, as needed.
- Produce monthly training assignments, SSE status updates, etc.
- Perform routine project deliverables quality control.
- Continuously communicate project status with clients and CSM, as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2-3 year of LDAR experience and supervisory experience required.
- High school or equivalent education, A.S. degree preferred.
- Demonstration of high integrity and work ethics.
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to understand environmental regulations and formulate work plans.
- Ability to work at heights, confined spaces, extreme heat or cold.
- Must be able to carry a 25lb backpack for approximately eight hours a day.
- Must be able to climb in pipe racks, multiple flights of stairs, and tall ladders to monitor components.
- Ability to communicate clearly (written and oral).
- Detail oriented and oriented towards being organized.
- Deadline and task driven.
