Summary
Securly is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Engineering project management team. This individual will help design and implement lean, responsive processes to support program planning and reporting, resource management, program administration, and communications.
This position requires strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to work with various stakeholders across multiple tasks. The successful candidate will be proactive with demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The Project Coordinator will work to develop and maintain program reporting, coordinate internal team activities and working sessions, and provide administrative and programmatic support. Candidate must also be able to work and communicate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
This is remote role with the opportunity to work onsite in our Charlotte, NC office if desired
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support project management activities, including coordinating multiple tasks among project teams, distributing project communications, and participating in various meetings and working sessions
- Work to develop, refine and maintain processes and structures for program management and reporting.
- Support risk management and quality assurance efforts across the project
- Monitor the status of deliverables through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and ongoing reporting of status, risks, and timelines

- Ability to gather, analyze, and present data in easy-to-understand formats.
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S
