Our Social Media Project Coordinator is responsible for managing West Ridge Mall’s Social Media accounts and strategies, as well as supporting our Advisors Excel Corporate Marketing Team. This position will work across multiple departments to ensure deadlines are met, branding is accurately represented, projects are complete, and internal teammates, clients and stakeholders’ requests are addressed.

What you’ll do:
- Define and oversee West Ridge Mall’s Social Media strategy; including content planning, development and execution
- Develop a Social Media strategy that drives customer traffic and engagement with the mall
- Ensure West Ridge Mall brand and brand message are well represented and protected
- Manage and respond to comments, tagged posts, and messages from followers
- Promote and/or attend West Ridge Mall events and public relations opportunities
- Coordinate and manage West Ridge Mall marketing projects including website updates, print materials, and other marketing collateral
- Use engagement and audience data analysis to share actionable insights and continually improve Social Media and content strategy
- Keep pace with the latest Social Media trends and stay up to date on evolving/emerging technologies and platforms
- Work with AE Corporate Project Managers and AE Divisions to execute requested marketing collateral needs, ensuring divisional strategies are in-line with overall AE Corporate strategies
- Support AE Corporate Project Managers with project tasks; use our project management system to track project scheduling, design, compliance review and approval, revisions and final project approval
Experience you’ll bring:
- At least 1-year experience creating, managing, and executing content and strategy on multiple Social Media platforms
- Project management experience and background
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and various Social Media platforms; an aptitude for learning new technology
- Confident, professional and articulate in written and verbal communication; ability to build a rapport with all personality types and all levels of staff
- Superior project coordination skills, with ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
- Work well with and demonstrate respect for colleagues at all levels and consistently contribute to a positive work environment
Bonus Points:
- Previous work history communicating with a marketing or design team
- Marketing/communications experience from event planning
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
