The pathology Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating clinical development activities to ensure the completion of critical project deliverables.
Key Accountabilities
The key accountabilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Monitors projects after approval, provides regular status reports as required and documents changes to timelines, costs, etc.
- Interfaces with various functions to ensure project or improvement deliverables are completed on time.
- Drives proper documentation of deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and standardization.
- Assists in distributing project work to clinical development team members
- Schedules and attends various project meetings, as required.
This position is based in Tucson, AZ, Onsite
Requirements
The following are requirements for the individuals in this position:
- Associate's Degree in business administration, life science, engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong Administrative skills including documentation management
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Strong organizational skills with the capability of managing project timelines, tasks, and resources efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively with a keen eye for detail
- Adept at identifying issues and proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior laboratory experience and/or familiarity with translational pathology research lab operations
