As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This position will start as an internship position, with the potential to be offered a full-time formal position. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our development team in all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for real estate development. We are open to hiring recent graduates (OPT Sponsorship Available) preferably with work experience in construction, project management, engineering, architecture-related fields. Potential candidates should live within commutable distance from the company office and dedicate working collaboratively with other team members.
Qualifications:
● Recent graduates or entry-level professionals with related backgrounds.
● Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related field.
● Work experience in related role preferred
● Mandarin & English Proficiency required
● Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
● Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
● Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws is preferred
Responsibilities:
● Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities from conception to completion
● Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
● Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
● Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proposing solutions as needed
● Assist in the procurement of permits, approvals, and licenses required for project development
● Support in conducting research and analysis on market trends, property values, and regulatory requirements
● Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence
● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of project activities
● Perform other administrative tasks if needed
