Project Coordinator (Entry Level/ New Graduate)

King Epoxy Emblem Co. Ltd (KTP)- We are a manufacturer of high quality decorative plastic injection parts, membrane switch keypads, graphic overlays and nameplates. Since 1965, our Thailand factory has been the preferred and trusted source for interface and decorative solutions.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the sales team and the technical aspects of our products. This role involves providing technical expertise and support to the customers, sales teams and factory. Key responsibilities and qualifications are summarized below:

Key responsibilities include:

• Possess in -depth knowledge of the company's products , including their technical specifications, features and functionalities
• Stay updated on industry trends to effectively position company's offerings.
• Work closely with sales and/or customers directly, to understand customer requirements and provide technical support.
• Assist in creating and delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients.
• Communicate with customers on a regular basis, to manage new projects and prepare quotes.
• Communicate with the factory project team on a regular basis, to update status on project and deliverables.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals, FAQs and technical specifications
• Provide support as needed, which may include cold call or reaching out to potential new customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Educational Background -Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high quality support and service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in related field - highly preferred but not required, training will be provided
• Mandarin and /or Thai proficiency a plus
• Experience with Microsoft office suite , Word, Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3200- $3750 per month
